Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a final report on 13.11.2015 requesting to close the crime on the ground of "lack of evidence", and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
