The petitioner has already filed WP.No.17252 of 2007 before this Court challenging the appointment of selected candidates and the same is pending. When the writ petition is pending, question of considering the representation does not arise in respect of same issue. As such the writ petition is misconceived.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
