O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Lr.No.1901/TP/G1/TP3/EZ/2008/21 dated 26.12.2008, whereby the individual plot owners of the Janaki Enclave were asked to file LRS applications duly paying the prescribed charges along with the shortfall of open space contribution charges @ 4.42% as per the G.O.Ms.No.902, MA, dated 31.12.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.113, MA, dated 31.01.2008 for regularisation of their plots. Counter is filed by the respondents stating that the General Secretary, Sri Chandra Shekar Rao who represented the petitioner's association in the present writ petition is no more and recently, the 2nd respondent office has received the representation dated 02.07.

2010 from the President of petitioner's Association stating that the individual plot owners have submitted the files under BPS/LRs expressing their willingness to comply with the conditions prescribed in the Government Orders and requesting to clear the files at an early date. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri T.S.Rayalu and Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Corporation.

In view of the representation made by the petitioner's Association agreeing to pay the charges, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in view of the averments stated in the counter affidavit. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
