This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to transfer O.S.No.43 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Additional District Judge, Narsapuram, West Godavari District, to the Court of IX Additional District Judge, Narsapuram, West Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.
