After perusal of the record' it reveals that this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition i e'' W'P'No' 1 1192 of 2016, dated 06.O4'2016, directed respondent No'3 to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of title deed with supporting documents' and if no such application is made respondent No'3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of submission of that aPPlication.

Mr.M.Shankar, learned counsel representing Mr.Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.p.No.11192 of 2016, dated O6.O4.2O16, respondent considered and disposed of the application submitted by the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
