This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.187 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise, Guntur.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 17.03.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal. Respondent's counsel present on both the occasions. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
