This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner, who is A-1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Spl.SC.No. 2 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Special Sessions Judge for SCs and STs Cases-cum-Additional District Judge, Ananthapur.

2. When the matter is listed today for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that this Criminal Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
