ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not taking any action as per law in pursuance of the complaint dated 10.2.2017 against the party respondents and allowing the 3rd party respondent to get married on 15.2.2017 after cheating, inducing the petitioner for physical relationship, while pendency of criminal case is pending before the XXIII Court of Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, U/s.420 and 417 as arbitrary, illegal, mala fide, violating Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential directions, directing the 1st respondent to stop the marriage of the 3rd party respondent scheduled to be held on 15.2.

2017 at Kothakapu Yadav Reddy, Bhagya Nagar, Janki Enclave Karmanghat X Roads, Saroornagar, Hyderabad, in pursuance of the complaint dated 10.2.2017 made by the petitioner, and further direct the respondents to conduct detailed enquiry into the allegations made by the petitioner dated 10.2.2017 and pass such other order or orders as it deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Since the date of marriage is over, no further orders can be passed in the writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint, if she is so aggrieved. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
