THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32848 OF 2016 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioner that though he filed appeal before the 1st respondent against the orders of the 2nd respondent dated 07.04.2016 under section 6 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 along with Stay Petition, no orders are passed till date and the 2nd respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.09.2016 in accordance with law. Till the disposal of the appeal, petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject property. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands dismissed.
