The petitioners/A.2 & A.3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos. 1 & 3 of 2019 are filed to compound the offences and permit them to record compromise respectively in Crime.No.141 of 2014 on the file of W.P.S, Central Crime Station, DD, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and Joint Memo filed by the petitioner and the 1st respondent and matrimonial settlement deed were also appended 3.

Smt.Ayesha @ Bayjayanth Bala Das, no other than daughter of Nilamani Das & Ramani Das. As per the original Aadhar card prior to marriage and from the marriage, changed her name as Smt.Ayesha W/o the 1st accused i.e. Syed Zeeshan Hussain S/o Syed Ibrahim Iqbal & Kauser Jahan Begum also reflected in the present Aadhar card and her original name is alias name reflected in the marriage certificate vide Sl.No.004387, Issue No.17012 dated 24.07.2013, issued by the Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board, Hyderabad.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the

petitioners/A.2 & A.3 in Crime.No.141 of 2014 on the file of W.P.S, Central Crime Station, DD, Hyderabad are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 are acquitted. The bail bonds, if any, shall stand cancelled.
