HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21041 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 12.05.2016. Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj placed reliance on the order passed under Rule 42 of G.O.Ms.No.30 dated 20.01.1995 and a copy of the same has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismisse as infructuous by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order that may be passed by the respondents in the matter. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order that may be passed by the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
