HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 10880 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for revenue appearing for the respondents.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the application dated 17.02.2006 made by the petitioner seeking regularization/allotment of land admeasuring 260 square meters in Plot No.163-A in Survey No.77 situated at Kondapur Village (presently in Raghavendra Colony), Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in his favour, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner at the earliest, for which the learned Government Pleader for revenue did not object, provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2006 and pass orders thereon, if the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
