HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10562 & 10563 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9700 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.376 of 2014 on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, which is outcome of crime No.658 of 2012 of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
