According to the petitioner, she owned Acs.7.11 guntas of land in Sy.No.493 and 494 of Kandukur village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and out of the said extent of land Acs.3.00 guntas of land was sold and she still owns Acs.4.11 guntas of land. She was earlier issued Pattadar Pass Book and title deeds. After the revised policy of the Government for issuing new Pass Books, the petitioner applied to issue new Pass Book while showing an extent of land Acs.4.11 guntas on 10.06.2019 and again on 11.09.2019. Alleging inaction on the said applications, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Since applications were already made to issue new Pass Book for the land to an extent of Acs.4.11 guntas, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent, Tahsildar, to consider the representations dated 10.06.2019 and 11.09.2019 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

- 2 - Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
