Admittedly, the petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned memo bearing No.B/269/2016, dated 30.01.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned memo. No order as to costs.
