This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in issuing provisional assessment dated 25-09-2019.

This Court has already granted interim orders on 01-10-2019 directing the respondents to follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and guidelines issued by Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar in the judgment of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.
