THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2997 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A10 to A12 in Crime No.16 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Santhanuthalapadu Police Station, Prakasam District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after completion of the investigation, the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.10 to 12 in Crime No.16 of 2010, are shown as L.Ws.14 to 16 in the charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
