THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25050 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of specific order dt. 14.12.2015 in S.R. No.84 of 2015 of the 3rd respondent directing restoration of an extent of Ac.0-99 cents in R.S.No.97/11 in P.Rajavaram Village of Jeelugumilli Mandal to the petitioner, in spite of representation dt. 08.06.2016 being submitted by him to respondents 3 and 4, no action has been taken to implement the said order.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for the respondents states that 4th respondent will implement the order passed by the 3rd respondent and take action on the petitioner's representation dt. 08.06.2016.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2016 and restore possession of the above land to the petitioner pursuant to the order dt. 14.12.2015 in S.R.No.84 of 2015 of the 3rd respondent, if there is no stay granted in any appeal filed against the said order, within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
