The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent 5 in collusion with respondents 6 and 7 in threatening the petitioner to settle the disputes with respondents 6 and 7 and handover the agricultural land of the petitioner to an extent of Acs.3.00 guntas in Survey No.521, situated at Chilkur Revenue Village Shivar and Mandal, Suryapet District, to respondents 6 and 7, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 09.10.2019, while denying the allegations made in the writ affidavit, submits that based on the complaint of respondent 6, a case is registered against the petitioner in Crime No.111 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 506, 504 and 290 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Chilkur Police Station, on 05.10.2018, wherein the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused 1. During the course of investigation, notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., are served on the accused on 17.07.2019 in response to which on 19.07.2019 the petitioner and other accused came to police station. Learned AGP further submit that as per the report of Tahsildar, Chilkur Mandal, the land in Survey No.521 situated at Chilkur Revenue Villagge Shivar and Mandal, Suryapet District, belongs to respondent 6. It is also stated that except serving the notice to the petitioner, in pursuance of the crime registered against him, respondent 5 never called the petitioner to police station and except

conducting investigation into the above said crime, respondent 5 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, while denying the allegation of the petitioner that the complaint given by him is not being registered, submits that on verification of the station records, it is found that no complaint is received from the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid detailed submissions made on behalf of respondent 5 and taking on record the above written instructions, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 5.
