The relief sought in the present Writ Petition relates to a service matter when the petitioner worked as General Manager of the second respondent. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is maintainable only in the AP Administrative Tribunal and not before this Court.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the AP Administrative Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
