Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that she owns Ac.00.23 guntas of land in Survey No.121/A/2 of Oglapur village, Damera Mandal, Warangal District. She applied for conducting of survey through F-Line application, acknowledged by TSOnline on 02.03.2017. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

The averment in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition would show that the petitioner is in possession of Ac.00.23 guntas of land.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Tahsildar shall consider the application filed by the petitioner and issue notice to all the persons whose names are reflected in the land in Survey No.121/A/2, Oglapur Village, Damera Mandal, Warangal District, and in their presence conduct survey. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
