THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1886 OF 2010 ORDER :

Petitioner challenges the order of temporary termination. In other words, suspension from service pending enquiry into the allegations levelled in the order impugned.

This Court by order dated 03.02.2010 granted interim suspension of the termination with liberty to conduct the enquiry as proposed.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that enquiry was held and the charges are not proved and petitioner is continued in service. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

In view of the subsequent developments as informed to the Court by the learned counsel for petitioner, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
