The issue in this writ petition is no longer res integra in view of judgment of this Court in Haji Mohammed Ahmed v. State of Andhra Pradesh and others1, wherein, this Court by following the Judgment of Apex Court in Thota Ganga Laxmi v. Government of A.P2. held that there cannot be any unilateral cancellation of registered document.
