Admittedly, petitioners have alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order issued under Andhra Pradesh Cinema (Regulation) Act, 1955 and the Rules made thereunder and the same is not disputed by Sri T.Surya Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Heard Sri P.Veera Reddy, learned senior counsel for 5th respondent.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order. There shall be no order as to costs.
