Sri Ravulapati Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needles to state if any of the respondents called the petitioner without any reason, the petitioner is not bound to attend their oral call. However, the petitioner may write to the respondents to known the reason as to why the respondents are calling again and again. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
