Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue his representation submitted before the 1st respondent on 08.07.2019.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the 1st respondent shall consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 08.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
