Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring order No.MR-168/25/85/Estt.I, dated 19.7.2010, as illegal, unconstitutional and violative of the priniciples of natural justice, Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, the Statutes of the University and the University Act itself and consequently, set aside the same."
Mr.Ch.Venu Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 05-08-2015,
to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has stated that his client has requested him to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the said request. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WVMP.No.3350 of 2010 in/& WPMP.No.22414 of 2010 are disposed of as infructuous.
