THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12960 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition by A.1 to A.3 is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.256 of 2014 on the file of CCS, DD, East Zone, Hyderabad.

Heard.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioners and this is a matter which has to be investigated into by the police. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings at this stage. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the crime pertains to 2014, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners and file the final report, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
