THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4416 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the order dated 13.07.2011 of the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad passed in IA.no.1054 of 2010 in OS.no.2805 of 2010.

2. By the said orders, the revision petitioner was directed to deposit the amount stated in the orders towards arrears of rents and was further directed to continue to pay the monthly rents. It was further stated in the said orders that on failure to comply with the said directions, the defence shall be struck off.

3. When the revision is taken up for hearing today, none appeared. The note of the Registry shows that the suit itself was disposed of on 17.08.2012. Therefore, it is obvious that nothing survives for adjudication in this revision and the revision has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
