No.18503 of 2017 ORDER : (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ of certiorari calling for all the connected records including the impugned orders of the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1349 of 2017, dated 1.6.2017 wherein interim direction was not granted allowing the petitioner to participate in the process of selection and declare the same as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the process of selection for appointment to the post of SCT Police Constable (Civil) vide Notification Rc.No.202/R&T/ RECT.2/2016, dated 22.7.2016 in B.C.(E) Women category as per merit along with other candidates with all consequential benefits. 2.
Since the case of the petitioner is pending before the learned Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1349 of 2017 and the learned Tribunal has directed to list the matter after six weeks, no interference is required from this Court, however, we make it clear that the selection for appointment to the post of SCT Police Constable (Civil) vide notification Rc.No.202/R&T/RECT.2/2016, dated
22.7.2016 reserved for B.C. (E) Women category shall be subject to outcome of O.A.

The Writ Petition is according disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
