THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.26983 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner had filed a letter, dated 19.03.2018, before the Registry, inter alia, stating to the following effect:- 'The writ petition is filed aggrieved of the action of the respondents in denying and depriving the petitioner for admission into the Post Graduation Course of M.Sc (Zoology) under Special Category (NCC quota) inspite of the petitioner being the 1st candidate in the merit list in OUCET 2017 in Osmania University campus. Pending this writ petition, the stipulated time for admissions is over. Therefore, the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event of any claim in future.' In the said letter, a request was also made to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption " For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. No costs.
