Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 10-12-2014, in WP.No.22134 of 2014, by the respondent.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on written instructions from the respondent, submitted that the petitioners have approached the respondent for coming on record in place of the deceased Claimant- Patoju Veerabhadra Rao on 28-02-2015; that they were allowed to come on record on 02-03-2015; that the first hearing was held on 07-03-2015; and that after subsequent hearings held on 30-05-2015 and 20-06-2015, final

order was passed on 15.07.2015.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that his clients have not been communicated with the final order so far.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) fairly agreed to furnish a copy of the said final order to the learned Counsel for the petitioners. As a final order has been passed by the respondent, Order, dated 10-12-2014, in WP.No.22134 of 2014, has been complied with albeit belatedly, for which the learned Government Pleader submitted that due to delay on the part of the petitioners to come on record, the final order could not be passed within the stipulated time.

In the light of the above facts, the Contempt Case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy, if they feel aggrieved by Order, dated 15-07-2015.
