This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.396 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Pendurthi Police Station, Visakhapatnam registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
