This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.140 of 2018 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 409 I.P.C. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 30.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar and C.C.No.1111 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
