This Writ Petition is filed seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in issuing Memo No.B/lll2014, dated 06.01.2014, rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2014 for deletion of Patta in Sy.No.8S, situated in arr extent of 5566 Sq.yards of Nizampet Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the list of prohibited lands, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the Respondent No.3 to delete the said patta land from the list of prohibited lands. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not turning up. The said submission makes it clear that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed due to nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous closed.
