THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7310 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.3 in C.C.No.99 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Hindupur, Ananthapur District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner, who is accused No.3 in C.C.No.99 of 2009, before the trial Court is hereby dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, he shall appear before the trial Court as and when his presence is so required.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
