This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.113 of 2012 on the file of the Devanpalli Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the matter was closed due to lack of evidence and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
