HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.24273 of 2017 ORDER:
Sri T.G. Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners after arguing the writ petition for sometime seeks liberty to permit petitioners to file appeal against notice in R.C.B.No.38/ 2017, dated 31.03.2017 before the appellate authority and further submits that there is eminent threat of dispossession from the schedule property. His request to file appeal is accepted.
I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
Petitioners are given liberty to work out remedies by filing statutory appeal within four (04) weeks from today by enclosing a copy of the order. The appellate authority to consider and pass orders on the said application as well as on the appeal expeditiously. The parties are directed to maintain status-quo as regards physical features and possession of the subject matter of notice in R.C.B.No.38/ 2017, dated 31.03.2017 for a period of four
