The petitioner/accused in crime No.62 of 2013 on the file of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District, has filed this petition for quashing the same. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after investigation have filed charge sheet on 10.07.2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Siddipet, and the case is posted to 20.05.2015 for trial. In that view of the matter, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
