It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Crl.P. No. 12647 of 2017 dt. 20.12.2017. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed on the same lines to that of Crl.P. No. 12647 of 2017 dt. 20.12.2017.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in FIR No.64 of 2017 on the file of Srisailam I Town Police Station, are hereby quashed.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of Crl.P. No. 12647 of 2017 dt. 20.12.2017 to this petition.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
