Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.126/2018 against the respondents 4 and 5 for the offences under Section 506 r/w.34 IPC and investigation was taken up.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
