3. Both sides agree that Hon'ble Mr. Justice T.N.C. Rangarajan, a retired Judge of this Court, may be appointed as an Arbitrator. Accordingly, he is appointed as Arbitrator. The Arbitrator may fix his terms and proceed with the arbitration. It is open to the Arbitrator to fix the time schedule also.
