HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY APPEAL SUIT No.1677 OF 1994 JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 13.08.2014, there was no representation on either side and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of 'for dismissal' after one week. Even on 11.06.2015, when the matter again appeared in the list under the caption of 'for dismissal', there is no representation on either side, and hence posted to this day. Even today, there is no representation on either side. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. In consequence, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
