THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.19771 OF 2006 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Sri C.Tulasi Krishna, learned counsel, appearing for Sri S.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, a suit was filed and the matter went upto filing of first appeal, wherein the petitioner has got relief; that the interest of the petitioner has been protected by the respondent authorities and that therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
