Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 4; and Sri T. Srikanth Reddy, counsel for 5th respondent.

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to fix the boundary between Survey No.1 of Hasmathpet Village and Survey No.364 of Alwal Village, by conducting survey.

The petitioner made representations on 28.03.2013 and 07.06.2013 to the 3rd respondent for the said purpose and contends that no action has been taken on the said representations by the 3rd respondent.

Since the petitioner claims to be owning his land in Hasmathpet Village and has a dispute with the 5th respondent, petitioner contends that demarcation of the boundary between the villages is necessary. 5.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representations referred to above within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representations referred to above within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
