Smt.C.Vani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed a letter dated 23.12.2016 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing also, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
