Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. To that effect, letter dated 07.06.2018 is filed before the Registry, which reads as under:

"The Correspondent, St. Mary Fathima Aided High School, Nandyal, Kurnool district filed the above mentioned writ petition with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant permission to fill up 11 aided posts. Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., issued proceedings with guidelines effecting promotions to 3 Teaching posts and Non-teaching post in proceedings Rc.No.90/S-1/2017-2, dated 20.07.2017 and 28.09.2017. Hence, the Correspondent wants to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition in respect of the above aided posts including the vacancies which fell vacant in view of the promotions."

Granting such liberty, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
