HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.25966 OF 2003 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in reducing the salaries to the members of the petitioner in the guise of implementing Section 116-C of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, and seeking a consequential direction to the respondents to pay the salaries to the members of the petitioner without reference to Section 116-C of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act.

On 15.12.2003 while admitting this writ petition, this Court issued an interim direction to the respondents to pay salaries to the members of the petitioner. However, this Court observed that such payment shall not exceed 2% of the working capital. In view of the said interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
