HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.33691 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents to consider his application for mining lease in respect of Baryte in Sy.Nos.214B and 224 over an extent of Ac.16.01 cents situated at Thallapalli village, Vempalli Mandal, YSR Kadapa District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submitted that the petitioner made an application in the year 2013 and the same was rejected in the year 2016 itself, and thereafter, the petitioner filed a fresh application and the same is under consideration and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application, if he so desires. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
