This transfer petition is filed seeking transfer of HM.OP.29 of 2015 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, Anantapur District. The case of the petitioner is that her marriage with the respondent was performed on 20.08.2014; that after marriage the in-laws of the petitioner started harassing the petitioner demanding additional dowry; and that ultimately the petitioner was necked out from the matrimonial home in the month of March, 2015. As the petitioner has no other go is staying at Guntakal along with the parents. Meanwhile, the respondent filed HM.OP.No.29/2015 on the file of the Prl.Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati seeking nullity of marriage. The grievance of the petitioner is that it is very difficult for her to attend the Court at Tirupati, which is more than 350 K.

Ms away from Guntakal, for every date of adjournment as it involves both physical and financial burden. As such, sought transfer of HM.OP.No.29/2015 from the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, Anantapur District.

Though notice is ordered and served there is no appearance from the respondent and no counter affidavit is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, the transfer petition is allowed transferring HM.OP.No.29 of 2015

pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Tirupati to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, Anantapur District. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
